Which drinkware fits which brief

Drinkware is the most-kept promotional category there is, which is why it works: a branded bottle on a desk earns impressions daily for years, where a printed pen is gone in a month. Under roughly $15 a piece you are buying reach — event handouts, cafeteria service, orientation kits, conference bags. Above that you are buying retention, and the item is expected to be kept and used, which is where insulated stainless steel and recognised brands earn their premium. Both work; the mistake is buying a giveaway when the brief needed a gift.

Decoration follows the material, not the preference. Laser engraving on stainless steel is permanent and survives the dishwasher, but renders in a single tone with no color. Screen and pad printing hold color on plastics and powder-coated finishes. Full-color digital handles gradients and photographic artwork that a spot-color process cannot.
